Submit your artwork

Attach artwork to your setup purchase below. Each unit covers one unique design. Canvas purchases are separate. For multiple files or submission after purchase, follow the Custom Orders instructions; do not purchase setup twice.

Browse the Design Library, then enter its three-digit number. For approved custom artwork, enter your previous order or design reference.

No physical canvas is included. No shipping is required. View Custom Orders instructions.

Prepare your own artwork for custom pre-traced canvases for paint parties, workshops and group events. This service costs $10 per unique design; physical canvases are sold separately.

How custom artwork setup works

  1. Purchase one setup for each unique artwork design. Multiple canvases using the same design require only one setup fee.
  2. Attach your JPG, PNG, PDF or SVG artwork using the upload option above (maximum 20 MB), and enter the email address for your proof. For multiple files or artwork sent after purchase, use the Contact form with your order number, shareable artwork links and design instructions.
  3. Review the digital tracing proof emailed by our team. Canvas production begins only after your written approval.
  4. After approval, order your canvas bundles in 8x10, 11x14 or 12x16, with quantities of 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 or 100. Enter your approved design reference on the canvas product page.

Before you order

  • No physical canvases or shipping are included in this setup service.
  • Previously approved designs reordered without modifications do not require another setup fee. Existing Design Library designs do not require setup.
  • Artwork must be suitable for clean, traceable line art, and you must own or have permission to reproduce it. We will contact you if clarification is needed.
