Artwork requirements
Customers must own or have permission to use any artwork, logo, photograph or design submitted for reproduction. Canvas Pro Supply may decline material that cannot be reproduced clearly or that raises ownership or licensing concerns.
Before production
Provide clear design information and the required canvas size and package quantity. Custom products are final sale except when an order arrives damaged or contains a Canvas Pro Supply production error.
