Processing times
- Stock-design orders: Ship within three business days.
- Custom-design orders: Ship within seven business days.
Processing time is the time required to prepare and package an order before it is accepted by the shipping carrier. Carrier transit time is additional.
Tracking
When tracking is available, shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent after the order leaves our facility.
Carrier delays
Delivery dates can be affected by weather, carrier disruptions and other conditions outside Canvas Pro Supply’s control. We will assist with available tracking information when a shipment is delayed.
