Final-sale products
Pre-traced canvases and custom-designed canvases are made or prepared for a specific order and are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, event attendance changes or unused extra canvases.
Damage or production errors
Exceptions are available when an order arrives damaged or contains a Canvas Pro Supply production error. Contact us promptly after delivery with the order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs showing the damage or error.
Do not return products without first receiving instructions from Canvas Pro Supply. We will review the reported issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
